Hello all you AnCo^2 Air fans!!! It's been a while hasn't it? Yeah almost a year... I've been kinda busy. I apologize or apologise. I really didn't have time to edit because of school... Yeah I know, what common excuse. But guess what? I have B.S. degree now. ^__^ But I'm currently jobless. Which means I'll have more time for editing. : D

Well, I guess technically it isn't, with two DVD specials coming, and the inevitable season two.
AnCo will be there for all of em, you can count on that my sons.

Dura has been the show we've been waiting on, as a pretty "new" group, a group where barely none have actually done fansubbing work earlier, I'm insanely proud of my team.
We've gotten far from our first try at fansubbing about a year ago with the clusterfuck that was the Gurren Lagann movie. Tip: don't do a two hour movie as your first ever fansub.

And to all you haters, I had prepared a your-mom joke for you, but you're not even worth the effort. ;<

Anyone wondering what we at AnCo will be doing next season? Errm, us too.
The summer season seriously looks like crap, the only interesting show (imo) is Highschool of the Dead, and from what my spies tell me it's going to be soooo oversubbed.
So we'll probably take some time off, do some minor stuff like the second GL movie, if there's anyone still waiting for that. lol

Also, for the batch, you'll have to wait for that for a week or two.
Pretty much we're re-encoding EVERY episode, fixing everything from official kara lyrics to minor inconsistencies, TL errors and such.

It is finally approaching... The end of our beloved series, Durarara... A sad day in AnCo history. Or it could be good. Depending on how you view it. lol

On the upside, we have two DVD episodes coming out (12.5 and 25) which we'll get to you guys when we get our hands on them, plus we have the final episode airing in a day or so depending on where you're at in the world.

Plot-wise for the episode, I decided Kida is now Gordon Freeman. If you don't get at what I mean, either watch the episode or smack yourself for not knowing what Half-Life is. I won't ruin it for you guys, so download it and watch it!

Also, after an email from a concerned fan and some follow-up research conducted by myself, we have decided to change our TL of Kida's gang from the "Gold Bandannas" to the "Yellow Scarves." Why, you ask? Because the Japanese name "koukinzoku" refers to the group that instigated the Yellow Turban/Scarves Rebellion against the Han dynasty. Plus, there are ample references to that historical group throughout the series, so it's undeniably a better translation. We apologize for not getting it right the first time. However, we'll be changing it for the batch in addition to ep23+24, so you don't have to worry about inconsistencies.

E3 is just a couple of hours away! Awesome games and booth babes! (Or were those banned? :<)
